Emily Arbuthnott teamed up with Chelsea Vanhoutte for the ITF event in Belgium and were seeded second. Their first round opponents were Laure Line Glaude & Marte Lambrecht. The Belgians were no match for the Brit/Belgian as the seeds dominated the match. Arbuthnott & Vanhoutte lost only two games to move into the quarter-final 6-2, 6-0.

The quarter-final saw the Brit/Belgian against Anastasia Shaulskaya & Sevil Yuldasheva. The Russian/Uzbekistani  stayed with the seeds at the start, before Arbuthnott & Vanhoutte broke serve. From this point the Brit/Belgian didn’t look back and dominated the rest of the match to move into the semi-final 6-4, 6-1.

In the semi-final the second seeds were against the fourth seeds Amanda Carreras & Linnea Malmqvist. The Brit/Swede were unable to do much in the first set as Arbuthnott & Vanhoutte dominated and lost only one game. The second set was a little closer, however the second seeds managed a break of serve to move into the final in straight sets 6-1, 6-4.

The final saw the second seeds against third seeds Cemre Anıl & Marina Yudanov. The Brit/Belgian were surprised by Turk/Swede pairing and were broken in the first set. Arbuthnott & Vanhoutte re-grouped in the second set and forced a break of serve right at the end to level the match. In the match tiebreak it was the Brit/Belgian that edged ahead and won the title 3-6, 7-5, 10-8.
