Playing Styles & Prediction

Collins has been a lot more consistent this season on the clay, with a quarter-final in Charleston and the round of 16 in Rome but she did skip Madrid, where Raducanu managed a couple of matches before her run, also to the round of 16, in Rome.

It was a bit if a battle for Collins to get to this stage against Sofia Kenin and while she reversed her decision to retire last year after a resurgence in her fortunes, she has been picky about her tournaments this year.

Raducanu has certainly picked up her pace since a slow start to the season, and her win against the vastly more experienced Kasatkina on clay should give her some confidence to at least go toe-to-toe with Collins. There is a chance, albeit slim, that she could sneak the win,

Prediction: Raducanu in three sets.
