Wang will not be a pushover for Jones – she is an aggressive baseliner with a big first serve and good footwork, which will test Jones, although Wang can be neutralised if Jones targets her forehand, prone to break down.
Jones’ tenaciousness has stood her in good stead, and she could well get the win.
