Playing Styles & Prediction
While Miyazaki’s best runs this year have come at the lower level ITF tournaments (semi-finals in both Surbiton and Roehampton) she comes into this match with a lot more time under her belt than the returning Betova.
The Russian has yet to win a match this season, and although she has a lot more tour experience than Miyazaki, the Brit has been a lot more active this season, and the three rounds on qualifying will give her a decent idea of the pace of the court.
