Lloyd Glasspool & Harri Heliövaara entered their first main tour event as a doubles pairing in Marseille. The Brit/Fin were unseeded. Their first round opponents were Greek brothers Stefanos & Petros Tsitsipas. Glasspool & Heliövaara were pushed hard in the first set by the Tsitsipas brothers, before the Brit/Fin finally broke serve to take the lead. This spurred on the pair as they dominated the second set to move into the quarter-final 7-5, 6-1.

In the quarter-final Glasspool & Heliövaara were against the top seeds Neal & Ken Skupski. The seeds got off to the better start breaking the Brit/Fin to take the lead. However, Glasspool & Heliövaara re-grouped and broke the Skupski brothers in the second set to level the match. The match tiebreak was very close, however it was the Brit/Fin that edged through into the semi-final 2-6, 6-4, 10-8.

The semi-final pitched the Brit/Fin against the Australian pair of Matthew Ebden & Matt Reid. Glasspool & Heliövaara had little trouble in the first set, dominating Ebden & Reid. The second set was slightly closer, however the Brit/Fin secured the break to move into the final 6-2, 6-3.

In the final Glasspool & Heliövaara were against the Dutch pairing of David Pel & Sander Arends. The first set was very tight, as the Dutch stayed toe to toe with the Brit/Fin. Finally Glasspool & Heliövaara obtained the break of serve required to seal the set. The second was much closer, as Pel & Arends refused to buckle. The set went to a tiebreak with the Brit/Fin managing to get the break to take the lead and stay ahead to win their first ATP main tour title 7-5, 7-6(4).
