BARI, ITALY – Lloyd Glasspool & Harri Heliovaara entered the ATP Challenger event and were the top seeds. The Brit/Fin only dropped one set en route to the trophy.

Lloyd Glasspool & Harri Heliovaara entered the Challenger event in Bari and were the top seeds. In the first round the Brit/Fin were against the Japanese pair of Toshihide Matsui & Kaito Usesugi. The first set was close as the Japanese pair stayed with the top seeds. However, eventually Glasspool & Heliovaara secured the vital break of serve to move into the lead. The second set was much easier for the top seeds as they dominated to move into the next round in straight sets 7-5, 6-2.
In the quarter-final the Brit/Fin were against Marco Bortolotti & Sergio Martos Gornes. The Italian/Spaniard got the better start and broke the top seeds to take the lead. The second set saw Glasspool & Heliovaara break Bortolotti & Martos Gornes to level up the match. The ensuing match tiebreak was very tight. However, the top seeds edged through to move into the semi-final 4-6, 6-3, 10-7.
The semi-final saw the top seeds against the fourth seeds Antonio Sancic & Tristan-Samuel Weissborn. The Croatian/Austrian were no match in the first set, as the Brit/Fin dominated to take the lead. The second set was a little closer as the fourth seeds tried to mount a fight back. Ultimately, Glasspool & Heliovaara secured the break of serve to move into the final 6-2, 6-4.
In the final the top seeds were against the second seeds Andrea Vavassori & David Vega Hernandez. The Italian/Spaniard fought hard in the first set, but were outclassed by Glasspool & Heliovaara who broke to take the lead. The second set was all one way traffic. The top seeds were unstoppable and didn’t lose a single game to lift the trophy 6-3, 6-0.

Arthur Fery & Jack Pinnington-Jones were defeated by Guy Den Heijer & Mick Veldheer in the first round in Heraklion 7-5, 4-6, 10-8.
Charles Broom & Henry Patten were defeated by Harry Wendelken & Park Uisung in the quarter-final in Heraklion 6-4, 6-4.
Emilie Lindh with Nicole Nadel were defeated by Nicole Khirin & Radka Zelnickova in the semi-final in Heraklion 6-2, 6-2.
Harry Wendelken with Park Uisung were defeated by Filip Bergevi & Kai Wehnelt in the final in Heraklion 7-6(8), 4-6, 10-7.
Giles Hussey with Matic Spec were defeated by Masamichi Imamura & Makoto Ochi in the quarter-final in Cancun 7-5, 7-6(4).
Alicia Barnett with Anaelle LeClerq were defeated by Minami Akiyama & Miho Kuramochi in the final in Cancun 7-6(6), 2-6, 10-8.
Julian Cash with Zsomber Velcz were defeated by Yuki Bhambri & Saketh Myneni in the semi-final in Gurugram 6-4, 6-3.
Felix Gill with Facuno Yunis were defeated by Amr Asrawy & Sherif Makhlouf in the semi-final in Cairo 6-4, 7-5.
Jonathan Gray with Nathan Seateun defeated Amr Asrawy & Sherif Makhlouf in the final in Cairo 6-4, 3-6, 10-6.
Jonathan Binding & Scott Duncan were defeated by Michal Dembek & Petr Nouza in the first round in Ostrava 6-3, 5-7, 10-6.
Ali Collins with Daniela Vismane were defeated by Sarah Beth Grey & Malene Helgo in the quarter-final in Milovice 4-6, 7-6(1), 12-10.
Emily Webley-Smith with Sofia Shapatava were defeated by Sakura Hosogi & Misaki Matsuda in the quarter-final in Milovice 4-6, 6-4, 10-7.
Sarah-Beth Grey with Malene Helgo were defeated by Maja Chwalinska & Linda Noskova in the semi-final in Milovice 6-2, 6-4.
Billy Harris with Oleg Prihodko were defeated by Andrey Chepelev & Igor Kudriashov in the first round in Antalya 4-6, 6-3, 10-4.
Eden Silva with Bibane Schoofs were defeated by Angelina Gabueva & Anastasia Zakharova in the first round in Dubai 6-4, 7-5.

Josef Southcombe & Mattias Southcombe were defeated by Richard Biaglotti & Omar Brigida in the quarter-final in Monastir 6-4, 6-2.
Andra Sutherland with Milla Sequeira were defeated by Ines Murta & Vasanti Shinde in the first round in Lousada 6-2, 6-0.
