Dom Inglot & Austin Krajicek entered the ATP 250 in Atlanta, starting the American hard court swing. The Brit/American were seeded second. In the first round the Brit/American were drawn against Matthew Ebden & Tennys Sandgren. The Australian/American pairing got off to the best start, breaking the serve of the seeds. However, the Brit/American re-grouped in the second set fighting hard the seeds forced a tiebreak.

Inglot/Krajicek edged the breaker to force a match tiebreak. This was the point where the seeds took things up a level. The Brit/American eased through the match tiebreak and moved into the quarter-final 4-6, 7-6(5), 10-5.

The quarter-final saw the Brit/American up against Cameron Norrie & Taylor Fritz. Once again the seeds were surprised and taken to a tiebreak. As in the first round the seeds lost the first set, however it was much closer as the Brit/American were edged out. The second set saw Inglot/Krajicek fight back and force another breaker. This one saw the seeds dominate and pull level. In the deciding match tiebreak the Brit/American took the early lead and didn’t look back. They claimed a spot in the semi final 6-7(6), 7-6(3), 10-5.

In the semi-final Inglot/Krajicek were up against Jack Sock & Jackson Withrow. The first set was once again a tiebreak, this time though the Brit/American claimed the lead. In the second set the seeds managed to break serve and hold on to book their spot in the final 7-6(4), 6-3.

The final saw the second seeds against the top seeds Bob & Mike Bryan. The first set saw the Brit/American manage to break the serve of the Bryans and take the lead. The top seeds fought back in the second set, staying toe to toe with Inglot/Krajicek and forcing a tiebreak. Bob & Mike Bryan edged the tiebreak to force a deciding match tiebreak. This was a very tight affair, however it was the Brit/American that edged out the Americans to claim their second title together 6-4, 6-7(5), 11-9.
