Julian Cash teamed up with Tunisian Anis Ghorbel for the ITF event in Monastir. The pair were unseeded, and their first round opponents were Gianmarco AmatisteRaffaele Giuliano. The Spanish/Italian pair were no match for Cash & Ghorbel in the first set. The Brit/Tunisian broke and took the lead. Amatiste & Giuliano re-grouped in the second set and dominated to level the match. In the ensuing match tiebreak it was Cash & Ghorbel that dominated and moved into the quarter-final 6-3, 2-6, 10-2.

In the quarter-final Cash & Ghorbel were against the top seeds Riccardo BalzeraniJacopo Berrettini. The Italians could not get a handle on the Brit/Tunisian game in the first set, and the non seeds dominated to take the lead. The second set was much closer as the Italian top seeds fought back, forcing a tiebreak and levelled the match. Once again a match tiebreak was involved, this one was much closer, but the Brit/Tunisian edged it to book a spot in the semi-final 6-2, 6-7(4), 10-7.

The semi-final saw the Brit/Tunisian against Altuğ Çelikbilek & Robert Strombachs. The Turkish/German pair could not contain Cash & Ghorbel in either set. One break of serve in each was all that was needed. Cash & Ghorbel took their chances and booked a spot in the final 6-4, 6-4.

In the final Cash & Ghorbel were facing Valentin GuentherPhilipp Schroll. The German/Austrian pair pushed hard in the first set, and looked to force a tiebreak. However, it was the Brit/Tunisian that achieved the break and moved ahead. The second set saw Cash & Ghorbel break early and seal the win, lifting the trophy in straight sets 7-5, 6-4.
