The Ukrainian was no match for Harris in the first set as the Brit dominated and took the lead. The second set saw Vanshelboim play better. The Ukrainian stayed with Harris. Eventually, though, the Brit broke serve and moved into the next round 6-1, 6-4.

The second round saw the Brit against Australian James McCabe. The first set was tough, with neither player getting the break advantage. Eventually, a tiebreak ensued. Harris dominated the breaker and took the lead. The second set was easier for the seed who broke early and moved into the next round in straight sets 7-6(2), 6-3.

In the quarter-final the Brit was against Elias Ymer. Harris dominated the first set to take the lead. However, the Swede re-grouped in the second set and broke the seed to level up the match. The final set was very close. Neither player could get the break. In the tiebreak that followed, the Brit dominated and moved into the next round 6-2, 4-6, 7-6(1).

The semi-final saw the Brit against third seed Tristan Schoolkate. The Australian got off to the better start and broke serve to take the lead. Harris re-grouped in the second and fought hard. Schoolkate could not get a decisive break. The ensuing tiebreak saw Harris edge through and level up the match. The final set saw the Brit dominate as the Australian could not get back into the match. Harris moved into the final 4-6, 7-6(4), 6-2.

In the final the Brit was against unseeded Frenchman Kyrian Jacquet. In the first set Harris stayed with the Frenchman at the start. Jacquet managed to break serve and took the lead.
