Playing styles and prediction
Misolic has had a decent season on the Challenger circuit having qualified for a few ATP events but hasn’t produced a standout result as he looks to progress inside the world’s top 150. Now having qualified for Stockholm by beating Liam Broady, the Austrian will look to use the faster conditions to his advantage as he looks for a landmark victory.
Evans will look to continue his confidence on serve as he aims to use his variety to force unforced errors from the Austrian. Meanwhile Misolic will look to serve consistently well and use his forehand to create break point opportunities. This should be a good opening round test but one Evans should come through comfortably.
